I used to tell my kids, "I'm a mom and moms know everything." And very often a mom will know what their kids are thinking and doing.
My kids were often amazed at the things that I knew about them. Really, it's not that hard to figure out. Believe it or not, I was their age once.
And I watched my kids grow. I knew them. I knew their thoughts, I knew their limits, I knew their character, I knew so much about them.
God knows us, His children. He has watched us and still watches us.
For the ways of a man are before the eyes of the Lord, And He watches all his paths. (Proverbs 5:21 NASB)
It is comforting to me to know that God watches over everything I do.
